Returns

At HoloSpyn.com ("we", "our", "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@holospyn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that:

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@holospyn.com with pictures of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@holospyn.com.
